The syringer one works fine, the spring cleaning also works fine, the OCDecorator is missing quite a lot of textures, don't know why, but I care less about that. So, everything I've downloaded, I did so with NMM. My copy of Fallout 4 is up to date, NMM is up to date, I've only downloaded the most recent version of any of the mods besides the syringer one.
