Children aged 6 years to 14 showcased their singing talent. Episodes were telecast between Monday and Thursday each week at 9:00 pm. The second season of Airtel Super Singer Junior – Thamizhagathin Chellakuralukkana Thedal (English: the search for the sweet voice of Tamil Nadu) premiered on 21 June 2009.
